The Reliv Promise: 30 Days to Love Your Ritual

We believe in the ritual, but we know skin is personal. That's why every order is backed by the Reliv Promise.

 

If you've used Reliv consistently for 30 days from the date your order arrives and it's not right for you, contact us at support@tryreliv.com. We'll work with you to make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund.

 

To help us make it right quickly, please have your order number ready when you reach out.

 

This promise is intended for customers who have genuinely given the ritual a fair try, and applies once per customer per order. It does not cover orders affected by misuse, or requests made outside the 30-day window.

 

Shipping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
